• The total number of apartments in the project is 320 apartments with 15 commercial stores that meet the basic needs of the project's residents.
• The types of apartments available in the project start from 1 + 1 to 7 + 1
• What gives the project a familial vibe is the apartment distribution per floor where you can find only four apartments or two apartments per storey, in addition to the low building height of only four floors.
• The project's land area is 20,000 square meters.
