The project is a tourist resort consisting of three blocks, build on a total area of (22.500 M2) including (195) apartments.

The project is built on a high ground, which gives all floors, even the first one, a wonderful panoramic view over the lake.

The projects’ residential apartments have the largest internal space among all other projects in the region. What defines it, is its duplex-type apartment system; (2+1) - (3+1) - (5+1). As an example; you can find two rooms, a duplex living room, with a balcony and a bathroom on each floor, which gives high privacy for the residents of the apartment, and for their guests as well.

One of the residential blocks has been sold only to the teaching staff for one of the private universities near the project, including professors and lecturers.

The commercial unit in the project has been divided into shops on a total space of (1918) square meters. In addition to an area custom for a library set to be opened in the future on a total space of (397) square meters.
